Title: Modernizing Recruitment Requirements Under the H-2B Program | |
Abstract:
The United States Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are jointly amending regulations regarding the H-2B non-immigrant visa program at 20 CFR part 655, subpart A. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) will include necessary technical improvements, which will eliminate print newspaper advertisements and modernize the requirements employers must meet for advertising job opportunities to U.S. workers. |
