Title: ●Benefits Review Board Electronic Case Filing
Abstract:

This rule amends sections of the Benefits Review Board’s regulations to require represented parties to use the Department’s enterprise electronic case filing portal for filing documents.  In addition, this rule requires represented parties to use the Department’s enterprise electronic case filing portal to complete service of process on registered users.  This rule allows for represented parties to seek an exemption from these requirements upon a showing of undue burden.  These regulatory amendments will reduce costs, improve efficiency, and reduce case processing times.
