Title: Department of State Acquisition Regulation: Contractor Formats for Property Submission 
Abstract:

The Department of State intends to provide a standardized format for Government property reports. Data collection should not be impacted since this is already required, and there will be no change in the time needed. The new spreadsheet will require the same data points that are spelled out in FAR 52.245-1. The objective of the spreadsheet is to standardize and better organize the contractor’s property submissions so they can be reviewed by the Department in a timely manner. Each contractor had their own submission formats, which made reviewing property submissions difficult and time-consuming.
