Title: ●Updates to Marine Event and Limited Access Area Regulations for the Ninth, Eleventh, Thirteenth, and Seventeenth Coast Guard Districts 
Abstract:

The Coast Guard will propose to remove and revise certain marine event and limited access area regulations for the Ninth, Eleventh, Thirteenth, and Seventeenth Coast Guard Districts. This rule would remove regulations for events that are no longer held and regulations that are no longer needed to ensure the safety of participants and the public. The U.S. Coast Guard identified these proposed changes as part of its deregulation identification effort under Executive Orders 13771 and 13777.
