Abstract:
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. sec. 552a, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes to issue a DHS system of records titled, DHS/FEMA Fraud & Internal Investigations System of Records. This system of records will allow DHS/FEMA to serve as FEMA’s primary law enforcement liaison with any/all federal, state, local or tribal law enforcement agencies regarding criminal activity, suspicious activity, intelligence reports and threats against FEMA personnel, buildings and facilities. |
