Title: Test Procedure for Televisions 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is considering whether to amend the test procedure for television sets consistent with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended (EPCA). Consistent with EPCA, DOE may propose to amend the test procedure for this product or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedure are required.
