Title: Certification and Compliance for Water Products 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is conducting a rulemaking to revise its certification and compliance regulations applicable to faucets, showerheads, water closets, urinals, commercial pre-rinse spray valves and pumps to reduce the reporting burden by eliminating the requirement to certify products no longer manufactured but still being distributed in interstate commerce. DOE will also propose various minor revisions to existing certification and compliance procedures to improve the clarity and readability of the regulatory language, and to ensure that manufacturers report certification data accurately and consistently.
