Title: ●Credit Assistance for Water Infrastructure Projects 
Abstract:

EPA is taking this action to update the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program regulation. This update is based on lessons learned from the first three years of program implementation. This action also provides guidelines on the WIFIA loan program for State Revolving Funds (SRFs) included in amendments passed as part of America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018, Public Law 115-270.
