Title: Hazardous Materials: Editorial Corrections and Clarifications 
Abstract:

This rulemaking action corrects editorial errors, makes minor regulatory changes, and improves the clarity of certain provisions in the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR; 49 CFR parts 171 to 180). This rulemaking responds to requests for clarification and enhances the accuracy of the HMR, reducing misunderstandings. The amendments contained are non-substantive and do not impose new requirements.
