Title: Enterprise Public Use Database, Annual Housing Activity Reports, and Proprietary and Private Information 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would implement sections 1319G, 1323, and 1326 of the Safety and Soundness Act (12 U.S.C. 4526, 4543, and 4546), to establish requirements governing the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac public use database (PUDB) and proprietary and private information determinations for Enterprise mortgage data and Annual Housing Activities Reports (AHAR) information, based in part on HUD’s existing PUDB and AHAR regulations.  The proposed rule would also request comments on whether the rule should also be applicable to the Federal Home Loan Banks’ PUDB.
