Abstract:
This proposed rule would amend VHA medical regulations at 38 CFR 17.30 and 17.38 to include chiropractic services as part of the definitions of medical services and preventive care. This would be consistent with recent changes to definitions in 38 U.S.C. 1701 made by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018. |
