Abstract:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission") is proposing amendments to part 30 of its regulations governing the offer and sale of foreign futures and options to customers located in the United States. The proposed amendments would codify the process by which the Commission may terminate exemptive relief issued pursuant to 30.10(a).
