Title: Updates to the National Service Trust Regulations 
Abstract:

The update to the National Service Trust regulations will establish a maximum extension period for the use of an Education Award, establish requirements for the timely submission of a payment voucher, clarify the process for appealing the denial of a request for an extension of the Education Award use period, and to define "state agency" for the purpose of making payments on qualified student loans.
