Abstract:

The OCC issued an ANPRM regarding options for modernizing the current regulations designed to carry out the purposes of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The FDIC, OCC, and FRB, after review of the comment letters sent in response to the ANPRM, are issuing a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking proposing to modernize the CRA regulations.
