Title: Regulation A Amendments 
Abstract:

As described in Release No. 33-9741 (Mar. 25, 2015) [80 FR 21805 (Apr. 20, 2015)], the Division staff will undertake to study and submit a report to the Commission on the impact of Regulation A offerings on capital formation and investor protection. The Division is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to Regulation A to address staff recommendations resulting from the reviews of the regulation.
