Title: Amended Freedom of Information Act Regulation 
Abstract:

The regulation amends and updates regulations previous issued by American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) implementing the Freedom of Information (FOIA) to reflect subsequent revisions to the FOIA statute; current organizational structure and procedures within ABMC; and current guidance and best practices issued by the Office of Information Policy of the Department of Justice. The regulation is anticipated to have no incremental costs to non-government third parties and is anticipated to have minimal incremental costs to ABMC.
