Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement two revisions needed to conform to the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) regulations. One is to revise the definition of affiliates in the FAR to conform to SBA’s most recent definition; the other is to remove an obsolete approval requirement for 8(a) Program participants.
