Title: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Non-Discretionary Quality Control Provisions of Title IV of Public Law 115-334 
Abstract:

The Department was requested to revise its regulations for various Quality Control (QC) provisions in subpart C of 7 CFR part 275 to reflect numerous changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s (SNAP) Quality Control system. These interim final provisions are the result of direct instruction written in Public Law 115-334, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 that was signed on December 20, 2018. The provisions within this rule are non-discretionary.
