Title: Commodity Supplemental Food Program: Implementation of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 
Abstract:

The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Pub. L. 115-334) amended CSFP program requirements to require that State Agencies establish certification periods between one and three years for program participants. This rule codifies that change and, additionally, makes minor technical updates to the CSFP regulation.
