Abstract:
The Forest Service proposes to amend 36 CFR 222.50(h) to adopt an updated unauthorized and excess use grazing fee structure allowing for the discretion to not charge grazing fees for accidental and unauthorized grazing where the authorized officer determines it to be appropriate. |
