Title: Atlantic Surfclam and Ocean Quahog Fishery Management Plan Amendment 
Abstract:

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is developing an amendment to the Atlantic Surfclam and Ocean Quahog Fishery Management Plan to prevent any particular individual, corporation, or other entity from acquiring an excessive share of fishing privileges in these individual transferable quota fisheries.  This proposed action would implement that Amendment.
