Title: Rule to Revise the Eligibility Requirements to Access the Georges Bank Yellowtail Flounder Special Area Program 
Abstract:

The New England Fishery Management Council may recommend revising eligibility requirements to access the Special Access Programs for Georges Bank yellowtail flounder, which would increase flexibility for industry participants. This proposed action would implement that recommendation.
