Title: ●Abbreviated Framework Amendment 3 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Snapper-Grouper Fishery of the South Atlantic Region 
Abstract:

In response to a recent stock assessment and subsequent recommendation by the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council, this rulemaking action proposes to increase the total, commercial and recreational annual catch limits (ACL) and recreational annual catch target for blueline tilefish in the South Atlantic region.
