Abstract:

The purpose of this action is to revise the guidance on Federal conformity assessment activities found in the regulations at 15 CFR part 287 for consistency with the 2016 updates to OMB circular A-119, Federal Participation in the Development and Use of Voluntary Consensus Standards and in Conformity Assessment Activities.
