Title: Data Collection and Inventory for Services Contracts (DFARS Case 2018-D063) | |
Abstract:
DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 812 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 and section 819 of the NDAA for FY 2019, both of which amend 10 U.S.C. 2330a regarding the collection of data associated with the purchases of services by military departments and defense agencies. This rule will require contractors to report data on services provided under contracts in excess of $3 million that fall within specific service acquisition portfolios, as well as information on services that are categorized as closely associated with inherently governmental functions. |
