Abstract:
DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 888 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020. Section 888 requires update of the DFARS to provide specific guidance for DoD contractors performing DoD contracts that supports US Armed Forces deployed outside of the US on monitoring and reporting allegations of gross violations on internationally recognized human rights. |
