Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 885 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 authorizing Defense contracts only with entities that have employee policies penalizing instances of sexual harassment and debarment for those without such policies.
