Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to repeal DFARS clause 252.229-7014, Taxes - Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan, and clause 252.229-7015, Taxes - Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan (North Atlantic Treaty Organization Status of Forces Agreement), pursuant to action taken by the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
