Title: Stars and Stripes (S&S) Media Organization  
Abstract:

This final rule repeals the DoD regulation that contains internal policies and procedures for the operation of Stars & Stripes. This content will continue to be maintained in DoD Directive 5122.11, "Stars and Stripes (S&S) Newspapers and Business Operations.” The removal of 32 CFR part 246 supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
