Title: Service by Members of the Armed Forces on State and Local Juries 
Abstract:

This final rule removes the part codified on December 22, 2006 (71 FR 76917), establishing uniform DoD policies for jury service by members of the Armed Forces on active duty. It has been determined that these are internal procedures addressed in DoD Instruction 5525.08. The removal of 32 CFR part 144 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
