Title: Department of Defense Privacy Program; Amendment | |
Abstract:
This rule will amend 32 CFR part 310 by modifying 32 CFR 310.16, 310.17, 310.28, and 310.29 in order to incorporate the Department of Defense's exemption rules into one rule. This will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of DoD's program by streamlining 32 CFR part 310, last amended on April 18, 2019 (84 FR 16210). This rule promotes uniformity in the DoD Privacy Program across the entire Department and provides notice of DoD’s privacy procedures as well as other privacy protections to the public. |
