Title: ●Commissary Credit and Debit Card User Fee 
Abstract:

This rule implements law that extends access to DoD commissary stores and morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) facilities, and authorizes the collection of fees to offset the costs associated with the increase in credit or debit card transactions as a result of this law.
