Title: ●Accreditation of Opioid Treatment Programs--Application for Approval as an Accreditation Body-Electronic Copies of Materials 
Abstract:

This action proposes to revise 42 CFR part 8, subpart B to permit opioid treatment programs subject to accreditation to submit electronic copies of certification materials when available. Specifically, 42 CFR 8.3(b) and 8.3(c)(3) will be changed.
