Abstract:
The BLM is proposing to remove 43 CFR part 1784, which contains standards and procedures for the creation, operation, and termination of advisory committees to advise the Secretary of the Interior and Bureau of Land Management on matters relating to public lands and resources under the administrative jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management. These regulations duplicate the Interior Departments regulations and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). |
