Title: ●Inflation Adjustments to Civil Monetary Penalty Rates for Calendar Year 2021 
Abstract:

The Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (collectively, "the Act"), codified at 28 U.S.C. section 2461, requires Federal agencies to adjust their civil monetary penalty (CMP) rates for inflation every year. The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) will publish this final rule to increase our maximum civil monetary penalty (CMP) rates for inflation for calendar year 2021.
