Title: Reaffirmation of Standard Editions Related to the Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would update the reaffirmation date of industry standards already incorporated in regulations administered by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement.  The standards in this rulemaking are primarily Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards, used for the measurement of oil and gas production flow rates and volumes.  This rule does not include any new editions of incorporated standards, nor does it incorporate any new standards.
