Abstract:
We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Carolina madtom (Noturus furiosus) as an endangered species and the Neuse River waterdog (Necturus lewisi) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. The Carolina madtom is a fish, and the Neuse River waterdog is a salamander. Both species are found in North Carolina. We will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the species. |
