Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Yellow Lance 
Abstract:

We propose to designate critical habitat for the yellow lance (Elliptio lanceolata) under the Endangered Species Act. This mussel is found in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina and is listed as threatened.
