Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Reclassification of the American Burying Beetle With a 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

We are making a final determination on our proposal to reclassify the American burying beetle (Nicrophorus americanus) from an endangered species to a threatened species. Concurrently, we are finalizing a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. The American burying beetle occurs in Arkansas, Kansas, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Texas.
