Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Humpback Chub From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

We are making a final determination on our proposal to reclassify the humpback chub (Gila cypha) from an endangered to a threatened species. Concurrently, we are finalizing our rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act.  The humpback chub is found in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
