Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revised 4(d) Rule for Bull Trout 
Abstract:

We will propose to revise the current regulation under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act to provide measures necessary and advisable for the conservation of bull trout. This fish species is found in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, and is listed as threatened.
