Title: Good Conduct Time Credit Under the First Step Act
Abstract: This rule proposes to modify BOP regulations on the Good Conduct Time (GCT) credit to conform with changes made in 2018 by section 102(b) of the First Step Act (FSA) (Pub. L. 115-391). The 2018 statutory changes supersede a published Interim Rule on Good Conduct Time (that has not been finalized), which was previously issued under this RIN.
