Title: ●Security Bars and Processing 
Abstract:

This amends existing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) (collectively, the Departments) regulations to clarify that the Departments may consider, among other things, public health concerns based on disease when making a determination as to whether there are reasonable grounds to believe an alien is a danger to the security of the United States and thus, is ineligible to seek asylum or withholding of removal protections in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 208 and 241, and 8 CFR 208.13 and 1208.13 and 8 CFR 208.16 and 1208.16, respectively.
