Title: ●Certification of Labor Value Content Under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act 
Abstract:

This regulation will implement the provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act regarding the certification and verification of the labor value content requirements of the United States Mexico Canada Agreement in accordance with the authority granted to the Secretary of Labor under that Act.
