Title: Enforcement of Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in Programs or Activities Conducted by the Department of State 
Abstract:

This rule updates procedures, terminology, and references for the benefit of the public in the Department of State's implementation of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.  The rule (part 144) was last amended in 1986, and the update to this rule will decrease the time burden on disabled individuals who wish to voice a concern about the Department’s implementation of the statute.
