Title: Visas: Ineligibility Based on Public Charge Grounds | |
Abstract:
The Department proposes to amend 22 CFR 40.41 regarding the basis for determining that an alien is ineligible for a visa under the public charge grounds of inadmissibility in 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The amendment will also include technical corrections to align with current Department processes for adjudicating applications under this inadmissibility ground. |
