Abstract:
The Department of State amends the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to update the USML, as well as corresponding parts of the ITAR. These changes are implemented based on related Treaties and Multi-lateral export control regimes (e.g., the Wassenaar Arrangement) to which the U.S. is a signatory. |
