Abstract:

FinCEN is considering changes to the threshold requirements to collect, retain, and transmit information on funds transfers and transmittals of funds (31 CFR 1020.410 and 31 CFR 1010.410(e) and (f)) as well as whether definitional or interpretive changes may be warranted given the amount of time that has passed since these rules were promulgated.
