Abstract:
The Coast Guard proposes to amend 46 CFR part 11 by increasing from three years to seven years the window of time within which the attainment of three months of qualifying sea service aboard vessels of the uniformed services can be used toward satisfying the sea service recency requirement for a Merchant Mariner Credential officer endorsement. |
