The Secretary plans to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking to amend regulatory definitions in 34 CFR part 361, which implement the requirements of the Vocational Rehabilitation program under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by title IV of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
